I assume you mean after having sex for the first time, and this can be a fairly common occurrence in women.

When you have sex, if your partner is fairly large, or you are using a position that allows for deep penetration, you can find that your partner's penis is hitting your cervix. If you aren’t aware of what your cervix is, it’s like a small cap at the top of your vaginal passage that is essentially the opening to your womb. This can also happen if you have a tilted cervix or a shorter vagina than the average.

Sex can be uncomfortable or painful for some women if their cervix is being bashed around and this can cause what is known as a vasovagal response. This is basically where your blood pressure will drop and your pulse will weaken slightly. This can make you feel nauseated or you can even pass out.

The likelihood is that the potential discomfort that you felt from having sex for the first time, coupled with the possibility of your cervix being interfered with for the first time, was enough to give you a nasty case of the sicky feeling.

It should pass quickly and you will be fine. If you are struggling or feeling uncomfortable during sex and experiencing pain, either try switching positions to one where you are more in control, or have your partner slow down and you use your hands to control his hips and how deeply he is entering you.
